This Spring, join us for an 8-week Hatha Yoga term designed to improve your physical, mental and emotional wellness. Hatha Yoga combines mindful movements (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), and a soothing meditation as we make our way into Spring. Whether you're continuing your yoga journey or brand new, this class welcomes all levels and is held in a warm, friendly environment. Bring your mat and water, and discover how yoga can enrich your life. Please consult your doctor if you have any injuries or medical conditions. Pregnant participants are encouraged to attend a pregnancy yoga class.
