Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings—the perfect time to reconnect with yourself through yoga. 🌞✨ As nature awakens, let’s embrace this new energy, release what no longer serves us, and create space for strength, balance, and inner peace. Whether you're returning to your mat or starting fresh, this 8 week term is an opportunity to deepen your practice, move with intention, and nourish your body and mind. Bring along your yoga mat and some water. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions or injuries. Pregnant participants are encouraged to join a pregnancy yoga class.
